​Russell Smith Builder is a customer focused and quality driven custom home builder. With over 33 years in the Central Texas building industry, Russell has gained vast expertise in design, planning and construction while developing strong relationships with area designers, engineers, suppliers and tradespeople.

After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1991 with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Russell honed his skills working for a local builder and a design/build firm before rising to Division President with one the nation's largest production builders. He ultimately chose to pursue his true passion for exceptional design and craftsmanship in home construction by creating this boutique construction firm in which he is involved in every aspect of his projects. Russell has achieved the Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders and continually stays educated on the latest codes, techniques, products and trends in the industry.

Russell enjoys spending time with his three adult children, playing tennis, golf and traveling.
